Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can simply browse our online site or use the search functions to locate
your items of interest. When you come across an item you wish to order please do the following:
- Add the item(s) you wish to order to the shopping cart by clicking the ORDER icon.
- You can view your shopping cart items anytime by clicking on the VIEW CART link on the side
menu bar.
- When your shopping is complete, click PURCHASE NOW on the side menu under your shopping cart summary.
- Fill out the billing/shipping address information. Be sure to include apartment number and zip/postal codes.
- Select payment and shipping methods.
- Click on the CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT button. You will get a summary of your order details. Please double check
that all the information is correct. Click on your browser's BACK button if you need to make any corrections.
- Click on the CHECKOUT button and your order will be processed.
- Remember to write down your Order Number for future reference.
- Wait for our order confirmation as we check our stock for your order items.
The confirmation will include instructions regarding where payment should be sent.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We currently accept the following forms of payment online:
- Money order from a Canadian chartered bank and Canadian Postal Office.
- PayPal
For registered members of PayPal, we now accept PayPal payments online! We will include our PayPal account details in the order confirmation. Once you receive your order confirmation, please pay the amount due to our PayPal account by using your order number as a reference number.
Please note that your order confirmation total will be in U.S. dollars if you decide to use PayPal (even if you live in Canada).
- US International Postal Money Orders
(the pink coloured one, we cannot cash domestic green coloured US money orders).

Q: Can I pay for my order using a combination of Paypal and
gift certificate(s)?
A: You are certainly free to pay the balance of an order with Paypal. Please
keep in mind, however, that even if the Paypal portion of the payment has already been
received, the order will NOT be processed until we physically receive the gift certificate
by mail.

Q: What is a pick-up order?
A: If you select to Pick-Up your order as your shipping method, we will not ship your order.
We will hold your Order in our Toronto retail store for you to come by and pick up.

Q: How will I know if my order went through or not?
A: If you get redirected to the PURCHASE SUCCESSFUL page after you have
completely checked-out, your order was successfully processed. BUT, if you do not receive
an automatically generated order confirmation, then you have provided us with an inaccurate email address.
If that is the case please contact us with your correct email address, quoting the order number.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We provide the following shipping methods.
Please indicate which method you wish to use when ordering and the exact shipping charge will be given to you upon order confirmation.
Within Canada
Canada Post - regular mail services (approximately 7 - 14 days for delivery)
Canada Post - Express Post (approximately 3 - 7 days for delivery)
To United States & Overseas
Canada Post - Air Mail (approximately 1 - 2 WEEKS for delivery)
Note to all US & Overseas customers:
We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-Canadian shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes,
duties, or customs fee charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Q: Is every item on the website available?
A: We do our best to keep our online catalog as up to date as possible BUT
we cannot guarantee that merchandise listed on our website will be in stock.
Inventory can change significantly from day to day, since we also run a retail store location.
We will inform you of what is in stock or discontinued with the order confirmation. However, we no longer will back order items
that are not available. If you wish to re-order the missing items in the future, please submit a new order to us.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges
We will only exchange merchandise if it is damaged. Otherwise, all sales are FINAL. Please email
us before you try to send back your damaged merchandise to confirm that we have the same item for exchange.
You are responsible for the paying the shipping costs back to us. We shall pay the cost of shipping the
replacement merchandise back to you.
Refunds
We will only refund money for damaged merchandise that we were unable to replace under our exchange policy.

Q: What is your claim policy for unreceived gift certificates?
A: In the case of an unreceived gift certificate, please
contact order@kikiwai.com with your order number
and the exact situation. Your claim will then be dealt with accordingly.
All claims of unreceived gift certificates must be received within TWO months
of the ordering date. Any claims after that date will not be accepted.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes, we accept international orders. Please note that any international delivery, any customs fees or import taxes
charged by your government are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Do you take special orders for products not listed in your online catalog?
A: We will accept special orders for merchandise not listed on our product list from customers in our retail store location in Chinatown, Toronto ONLY.
We do not accept special orders online!
However, we make NO guarantee about whether we can find the item or when we will be able to obtain the special ordered merchandise (although a rough estimate would be between 4 - 8 weeks).
How to place a special order:
- Visit us at our store and please bring with you as much information as you can about the item you with to order.
- Try to include as much information you know about the merchandise you would like us to find (eg. ISBN for books, CD/LD/VHS product numbers, yen price, name of publisher/company that released the item, anime series name).
- There will be a mandatory 20% deposit. This deposit will be refunded if we are unable to find the item you are looking for.
