Kikiwai Gift Certificates: Instruction Manual
1) Order gift certificate(s) online for a friend. Choose from $10, $20, and $50 gift
certificates in either Canadian or American currency.
2) When filling out the order form, make sure you
provide the name and mailing address of the person who will be RECEIVING the gift
certificate. DO NOT give us your own mailing address. For an example on how the order form
should be filled out, please click HERE.
3) Upon successful completion of the order, we will send the gift certificate out to the
mailing address as specified on the order form.
4) We will also send you a confirmation e-mail verifying that the gift certificate has been
sent. In the confirmation e-mail, we will give you the security PIN number for the gift
certificate. Please do not lose this e-mail and record the PIN number somewhere safe.
5) Please give the security PIN number to the receiver of the gift certificate. The
PIN number is required for activation, and use, of the gift certificate.

For Online Use Only:
1) When using gift ceritificates for an online order, please specify in the comments section
that you will be using Kikiwai gift certificate(s) for payment and the amount the gift
certificate(s) are worth.
2) Please ask whomever gave you the gift certificate for the security PIN number.
3) Write the security PIN number on the front of the certificate in the space provided. This
is an important step so please don't forget! Without a PIN number on the gift certificate, it
is rendered useless.
4) In the comments section of the order confirmation e-mail, we will note the use of your
gift certificate(s). We will also inform you of any outstanding balances you have owing
(if any).
5) Please mail the gift certificate to us (along with your payment).
For In-store Use Only:
1) Please ask whomever gave you the gift certificate for the security PIN number.
2) Write the security PIN number on the front of the certificate in the space provided. This
is an important step so please don't forget! Without a PIN number on the gift certificate, it
is rendered useless.

Kikiwai Gift Certificates are of NO monetary value and are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the total amount
of your order is less than the amount specified on your gift certificate, you will NOT
receive any change back.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the gift certificate to give the security
PIN number to the receiver of the gift certificate. Kikiwai Co. will ONLY send the security PIN
number to the purchaser of the gift certificate.
The PIN number MUST be written on the gift certificate for it to be considered valid.
We will NOT accept any gift certificates without a PIN number.
Kikiwai Gift Certificates are only valid for ONE YEAR from the purchase date.
